Savings are measured against our own single-unit prices — one inhaler stick on its own, and capsules by the 30-count bottle. A pack is only described as saving you money where it genuinely costs less than the same contents bought one at a time. One of our multi-bottle packs does not, and it says so on the option itself rather than implying a discount it does not have.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. All measurements on this website are given in inches and fluid ounces.
5. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Every order is a single, one-time purchase. We do not operate subscriptions, auto-enrollment, recurring billing, or automatic reorders of any kind. Charges appear on your card statement as NovaliraVitalPerspecti. If a charge on your statement is unfamiliar, call 844-632-5435 before contacting your bank and we will identify it for you.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we charge your card and send a confirmation email. If we cannot accept an order — an item is out of stock, an address cannot be delivered to, or a payment cannot be verified — we will tell you and no charge will stand.
6. Shipping
Shipping is included on every order within the United States at no additional charge, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for weight or bundle size. We ship within the United States only. Orders leave our fulfillment center in 1 to 2 business days and normally arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Full detail is in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date your order is received. Returns travel to 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630, and need a return authorization number, which customer service will issue. The Refund Policy sets out what can be returned, in what condition, and how refunds are issued. It forms part of these terms.
8. Using this website
You may browse, order and print pages for your own use.
